Utahloy Education Foundation Ltd (UEF) is an education company with corporate social responsibilities supported by the Guangzhou Municipal Government and the Guangzhou University to provide an international education for expatriate families working in China. In 1998, UEF established its first school – Utahloy International School Guangzhou (UISG). In 2003, because of the growing need for high-quality international education in the Pearl River Delta, UEF opened another international school with boarding facilities in Zeng Cheng (UISZ).

The schools have been awarded “International Baccalaureate (IB) World School” status. They are authorised to deliver the IB programmes for the Diploma Programme (DP), the Primary Years Programme (PYP) and the Middle Years Programme (MYP). Both schools have received accreditation from the Council of International Schools (CIS) and the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).
Both schools have over 700 students and over a hundred qualified expatriate teachers.
