WHAT IS MYP

At UISZ, we provide the best possible education for our students. The IB Middle Years Programme (MYP), for students in Years 6 to 10, is designed as an inclusive programme that links clearly with our Primary Years Programme (PYP) and the Diploma Programme (DP).

At UISZ, the MYP is part of an educational continuum that emphasises concepts, ideas, and issues across disciplinary, cultural, national, and geographical boundaries. Within a coherent, comprehensive curriculum framework, the MYP provides academic challenges and encourages life skills that prepare students to become independent life-long learners.
