Welcome back, everyone! It's been wonderful to see all our boarders return from the holidays. Breaks give us all a chance to reflect on past events, and with the school year moving at such a pace, it’s refreshing to look back and see the great memories we’ve already created.
In October, following the National Day holiday in 2025, teachers from UIS Guangzhou and Zengcheng campuses came together for enriching Professional Development (PD) Days. While students had not yet returned to school, the campus was already buzzing with intellectual energy and a shared passion for learning.
At UISZ, excellence knows no bounds. In the 2025-2026 academic year, eleven rising stars from the arenas of academics, sport and community service have etched their names into our book of honour. We decided to slow the camera and, through eleven micro-interviews, replay the dawns and dusks behind the applause. Beyond the lens, we quietly pressed “record” so their subject teachers could share how they see these students.
