I hope this message finds you well as we approach a well-deserved 4-day weekend in honor of China’s Labor Day. This is a wonderful opportunity to relax, recharge, and enjoy time with family and friends. Whether you’re traveling, exploring, or simply taking a break at home, I wish you all a joyful and refreshing long weekend.

When we return on Wednesday, May 5, we’ll dive straight into a busy and exciting week. MYP eAssessments begin that day, marking an important milestone for our students. On Wednesday, our adventurousYear 8’s will hike up Baiyun Mountain as part of their PE unit.

Next week also brings key events for parents, including an information session on CAS (Creativity, Activity, and Service) along with S (Service as Action) on May 8th. Sports enthusiasts can look forward to the MS Basketball GISSA Division Finals on May 8 및 U11 GISES Badminton Invitational on May 9. Additionally, don’t miss the Collaborative Science Presentation during IB Hour—another great opportunity for learning and engagement.
