- Pledge Ceremony: New teachers declared their dedication through a powerful drum-pledging ceremony, each strike symbolizing their commitment to UISG’s mission.
- Icebreaker Sessions: Primary and Secondary divisions bonded through laughter-filled icebreakers, breaking down barriers, creating connections quickly.
- Team Building: Mixed teams tackled creative challenges, transforming strangers into collaborators through trust and shared problem-solving.

Day Two marked a pivotal moment as UISZ (Zengcheng Campus) colleagues joined forces with UISG faculty, igniting a powerful new chapter in cross-campus collaboration. The energy was electric, handshakes turned to embraces, and lively conversations instantly dissolved distances between campuses.
Ms. Dorothy, UEF Chairman, elevated the moment with her keynote address, delivering a resonant “Welcome to UIS!” while articulating the Group’s vision for educational excellence. Her words united the faculty around shared values and a collective mission to shape the future.
The event also honored UEF’s rich legacy, giving new members profound insight into our cultural roots and strengthening their pride as “UIS People.” This convergence of past, present, and future didn’t just connect campuses, it has forged an unstoppable force for innovation.
03. Evening Banquet·UIS Camaraderie

Following intensive professional development, a warm “UIS Family Banquet” brought the event to a fitting close. Faculty from Guangzhou and Zengcheng gathered around tables, sharing food and fellowship. New and familiar faces mingled, campus boundaries faded, conversations flowed from work to life, and laughter filled the room. As glasses clinked, connections deepened, and the warmth of “One UIS Family” resonated with everyone.

- 破冰交心：小学部与中学部在充满欢笑的破冰活动中迅速拉近距离，打破隔阂，建立联结。
