At UISZ, we prioritize the safety and legal awareness of our students. To this end, we had the honor of inviting the esteemed Director Lai Rongqing, who is also the Deputy Director of the Legal Education at our school and from the Zengjiang Street Police Station, to conduct a special training session on September 10, 2025. The session aimed to enhance students’ safety awareness and legal concepts, equipping them to identify risks, avoid dangers, and establish a proper sense of law and conduct in their daily lives.

Director Lai tailored his educational content to suit the cognitive characteristics of primary and secondary school students, ensuring the material was practical and instructive. The lecture incorporated real-life case studies, interactive Q&A, and scenario simulations to cover a wide range of topics including traffic safety, electrical safety, eye health, swimming safety, bullying prevention, fire safety, legal knowledge, internet safety, and fraud prevention. The comprehensive and engaging content was designed to be easily understood, remembered, and applied by the students.

Traffic Safety: Director Lai highlighted the importance of adhering to traffic rules by showing videos of recent accidents near campuses. He advised students to use sidewalks, follow the “look, slow, go” principle when crossing roads, and always wear seatbelts in vehicles.

Electrical Safety: Using physical models and animations, Director Lai demonstrated the dangers of high-voltage equipment and instructed students to stay away from substations and distribution boxes, avoid touching sockets, and never insert metal objects into outlets.

Eye Health: Addressing the common issue of eye strain, Director Lai emphasized the importance of maintaining proper reading and writing postures, taking regular breaks, and limiting screen time to prevent myopia.

Swimming Safety: He reminded students to always swim under adult supervision at regulated venues, perform warm-up exercises before swimming, and never swim in unsafe areas or attempt to rescue others without help.

Bullying Prevention: Through scenario simulations, Director Lai taught students to recognize various forms of bullying and how to protect themselves and seek help from teachers or parents.

Fire Safety: Director Lai explained basic escape techniques during fires and how to correctly call emergency services, providing students with the knowledge to describe the situation accurately for timely assistance.

Legal Education: Using case analysis, he introduced students to fundamental legal concepts, such as the “Law on the Protection of Minors” and the “Law for the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency,” fostering a sense of rule-abiding and legal awareness.

Internet and Fraud Prevention: He educated students on internet safety, advising against sharing personal information, trusting unknown calls or messages, or clicking on suspicious links, and emphasized the importance of informing guardians or teachers of any suspicious activities.

Throughout the lecture, Director Lai’s approachable manner and vivid explanations significantly engaged the students. This session not only equipped students with essential safety knowledge but also enhanced their self-protection awareness and ability to handle emergencies, laying a solid foundation for a safe and harmonious campus environment at UISZ.

在广州增城誉德莱外籍人员子女学校，我们优先考虑学生的安全和法律意识。为此，我们荣幸地邀请了尊敬的赖容庆所长，他也是我们学校的法治副校长，来自增江街派出所，于2025年9月10日进行了一次特别的培训课程。本次课程旨在增强学生对安全意识和法律概念的理解，使他们能够在日常生活中识别风险、避免危险，并建立正确的法律意识和行为规范。

赖所长根据小学生和中学生的认知特点，量身定制了他的教育内容，确保材料实用且有指导意义。讲座采用了真实案例研究、互动问答和情景模拟等多种方式，涵盖了交通安全、用电安全、眼部健康、游泳安全、预防学生欺凌、消防安全、法律知识、网络安全以及防诈骗等多个方面。全面而引人入胜的内容旨在让学生易于理解、记忆和应用。

交通安全：赖所长通过展示近期校园周边发生的交通事故视频，强调了遵守交通规则的重要性。他建议学生在上下学途中使用人行道，过马路时遵循“一看二慢三通过”的原则；乘坐校车或私家车时要系好安全带，车辆未停稳前不要靠近车门，上下车时要有序排队，避免发生拥挤踩踏事故。

用电安全：赖所长使用实物模型和动画演示，向学生们展示了高压电设备的危险性，并教育他们远离变电站、配电箱等区域；不随意触摸插座孔，不使用金属物品或铅笔芯插入插座；严禁在电线上晾晒衣物，防止因漏电引发触电事故。

眼部健康：针对学生普遍存在的用眼过度问题，赖所长强调了保持正确读写姿势的重要性。他建议学生眼睛与书本保持30至35厘米的距离，连续阅读或书写一小时后应适当休息，远眺放松眼睛；同时控制电子屏幕使用时间，每天不宜超过一小时，以预防近视的发生。

游泳安全：赖所长提醒学生，游泳必须在成人陪同下前往正规游泳场所，下水前要做好热身运动；不得擅自到无安全设施的水域玩耍，更不能盲目下水救人，应第一时间向成年人求助或拨打报警电话。

预防学生欺凌：赖所长通过情景模拟的方式，引导学生识别欺凌行为的表现形式，如言语侮辱、身体伤害、网络暴力等，并讲解了如何在遭遇欺凌时保护自己，以及如何向老师或家长寻求帮助。他强调，每一个学生都应尊重他人、友善待人，共同营造和谐友爱的校园氛围。

消防安全：赖所长讲解了火灾发生时的基本逃生技巧，如低姿匍匐前进、用湿毛巾捂住口鼻等；并指导学生在发现火情后如何正确拨打119报警电话，以及如何快速、准确地向消防员描述现场情况，以便及时获得救援。

法律知识普及：赖所长通过案例分析的方式，引导学生了解基本的法律常识，如《未成年人保护法》《预防未成年人犯罪法》等，帮助他们树立规则意识和法治观念，明白哪些行为是合法的，哪些行为是违法的，以及违法行为可能带来的后果。

网络与防诈骗安全：赖所长通过情景模拟的方式，向学生们普及了网络安全知识，提醒他们不随意泄露个人身份信息、不轻信陌生电话或短信、不随意点击不明链接；同时强调不得单独与网络上认识的朋友线下见面，遇到可疑情况应及时告知家长或老师。

在整个讲座过程中，赖警官亲切的语言和生动的讲解极大地激发了学生的学习兴趣和参与热情。通过这次讲座，学生们不仅掌握了基本的安全常识，也增强了自我保护意识和应对突发情况的能力，为构建平安校园、和谐校园奠定了坚实的基础。
