How long did it take a transfer student to go from “stranger” to “confident”? What happened?

It took only a few weeks. After guiding them to participate in various school activities, the student gradually adapted to the new environment, started speaking up in class, and eventually became one of the class leaders.

Last semester, one of my PE lessons didn’t meet expectations with low student engagement. After discussing it, we analyzed the issues together and improved the activity design, leading to a much more enthusiastic and successful next session.
