We are thrilled to announce that Bella Kim, a member of the Class of 2026, has distinguished herself among a highly competitive pool of global applicants and secured undergraduate offers from two world-renowned universities: Tohoku University (Applied Marine Biology) and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) (BSc in Ocean Science and Technology). These two impressive offers mark a brilliant culmination of her high school journey.

Founded in 1998, UISG is Guangzhou’s pioneer IB continuum school and the city’s most established IB World School. We are authorized to offer the full International Baccalaureate (IB) program — from the Primary Years Programme (PYP) through the Middle Years Programme (MYP) to the Diploma Programme (DP) — for students from Kindergarten through Grade 12. Now, with the addition of boarding and the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE), we offer even more pathways to global success, ensuring every student can find the educational journey that best fits their aspirations.

UISG youngest scientists kicked off the week by learning about animals and their habitats, discovering that animals need plants to survive.

UISG UNC, Early Years, and Primary artists concluded the academic year with an inspiring exhibition showcasing curiosity, originality, and determination. Students explored diverse techniques—fiber, ceramics, and 2D drawing and painting—within global contexts aligned with our unit of inquiry: How We Express Ourselves.

As we close the 2025–2026 academic year, I want to thank each of you for making this year so memorable. I wish you all a strong finish and a restful, well-deserved summer break. Thank you to our parents for your ongoing trust and partnership. And to our students—your energy, curiosity, and Wolf Spirit have truly brought our campus to life every single day.

The occasion? The German Consulate’s annual Summer Concert — a celebration of cultural harmony through music. Among the young musicians invited to perform, one ensemble stood out as a true ambassador of artistry: the Utahloy International School Guangzhou (UISG) String Quartet.

Against the backdrop of deepening educational integration within the Greater Bay Area, Utahloy International School Guangzhou (UISG) officially launched its Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) program in the fall semester of 2026.
