亲爱的增城誉德莱社区，
I am delighted to introduce myself as the new Head of School of Utahloy International School Zengcheng (UISZ), and to embark on this exciting journey alongside each of you. With over 20 years dedicated to international education, I bring a wealth of experience in IB curriculum and school leadership across diverse global settings.
我很高兴能成为广州增城誉德莱外籍人员子女学校（UISZ）的新任校长，与你们一起踏上这段激动人心的旅程。我在国际教育领域工作了20多年，在IB课程和学校领导方面有着丰富的经验。
My journey in education has taken me from Korea to the United States, Qatar, India, and the Democratic Republic of Congo, shaping my perspective on fostering inclusive and dynamic learning environments. Having previously served in leadership roles within IB schools in India, the United States, and the DRC, I am thrilled to return to China and lead UISZ into its next chapter.
从韩国到美国、卡塔尔、印度和刚果（金），我的教育之旅塑造了我对营造全纳和动态学习环境的看法。我曾在印度、美国和刚果（金）的国际文凭学校担任领导职务，我很高兴能回到中国，带领增城誉德莱翻开新的篇章。
Joining me in this adventure are my wife, who will contribute her expertise in the PYP division, and our daughter, who is enrolled in the MYP programme. Our family’s commitment to education is deeply rooted, and we are eager to become integral members of the UISZ community.
和我一起参加这次教育旅程的还有我的妻子，她将在小学部贡献她的专业知识，还有我们的女儿，她将就读于MYP课程。我们全家人对教育的承诺根深蒂固，我们渴望成为增城誉德莱社区不可或缺的一员。
I am passionate about cultivating a community where exploration, learning, and growth flourish. Central to my educational philosophy is innovation and contextual learning, ensuring that our students not only excel academically but also develop into thoughtful global citizens.
我热衷于培养一个探索、学习和成长蓬勃发展的社区。我的教育理念的核心是创新和情境学习，确保我们的学生不仅在学业上取得优异成绩，还能成长为有思想的世界公民。
I look forward to meeting each of you, collaborating closely with faculty, staff, students, and parents, as we work together to elevate UISZ to new heights of excellence.
