Our K2 children went on a sensory adventure at Pizza Marzano, where they were surrounded by different tastes, smells, sounds, and textures. The students’ use of all five senses brought to life the main idea that experiencing different things can help you understand yourself and others better.
Many advantages were gained from taking part in this activity. The wolf cubs learned more about themselves by figuring out what senses they liked best. As they learned to understand and respect their peers’ sensory choices, they also learned to care about others. Working together to make pizza helped them learn how to work with others. As they tried new tastes and products, their cultural awareness grew.
This sensory journey helped brain growth by making it easier to communicate and improve observation skills. It also made them feel amazed and interested, which made them want to experience the world with an open mind.
The field trip to Pizza Marzano proved to be an enriching and memorable experience, allowing K2 students to understand themselves and others better by observing and exploring with their senses.
