UISGファミリーの皆様へ、
As we step into the final week of November, I am excited to share a series of engaging events and activities that our students and families can look forward to. On November 25, we will take part in the HK University Fair at UISZ for our Year 10-12 students. This is a wonderful opportunity for our students to explore their higher education options.
The week will also be filled with exciting athletic events, starting with the HS Basketball GISSA Championship オン November 26 at AISG for boys and BASIS for girls, running from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. We will also have our Theatre Performance Week featuring our Year 7 students, followed by the Year 9 and Year 10 performances throughout the week.
オン November 28, our U9 Basketball Championship will occur at UISG for boys and ISA for girls, and on 11月29日, the U11 Championship will take place. Don’t forget our Parent Coffee Morning focused on language and literature that same day, providing an excellent opportunity for parents to connect and discuss these vital topics.
Lastly, please be reminded that ECA Season 2 sign-ups will close on 11月29日. We look forward to a productive and enriching week ahead!

UISG Girls take 1st Place in Freestyle Relay @ CIS

我们即将步入11月的最后一周，我很兴奋地与大家分享我们的学生和家长值得期待的一系列的事件和活动。11月25日，我们将参加10-12年级的香港大学博览会。这是我们的学生探索高等教育选择的绝佳机会。
下周也将充满激动人心的体育赛事，首先是11月26日分别在AISG（男生）和BASIS（女生）举行的高中篮球GISSA锦标赛，比赛时间从上午8:30到下午4:30。我们还将举办7年级学生的戏剧表演周，随后是9年级和10年级的表演。
11月28日，我们的U9篮球锦标赛将在UISG（男子）和ISA（女子）举行，11月29日，U11锦标赛也将举行。别忘了，当天我们的家长咖啡早晨的主题是语言和文学，为家长们提供了一个交流和讨论这些重要话题的绝佳机会。

UISG Talent Show 2024
28 very talented students, ranging from Year 8-12, took part in the fantastic UISG Talent Show 2024 on Thursday. There were bands, dancers, solo performers and a remarkable feat of memory. As well as being talented, these students clearly put a lot of time developing these skills. I know that this is also, to a large degree, thanks to the support from home. This home-school partnership is a vital part in developing our well-rounded and successful students.
コンペティション
Art Battle competition, hosted by the Canadian International School of Guangzhou (CISGZ). This creative and dynamic event brings together young artists to showcase their talents and engage in a friendly artistic competition. The Art Battle is an exciting opportunity for students to express their creativity, work under time pressure, and demonstrate their creative skills in a supportive environment.
There are 2 science competitions coming up in December – the International Science Bee, which students have been practicing and preparing for in their ECA; an in-school Science competition run by Year 11 students. These competitions are a great way for students to hone their academic skills as well as building their CVs

2024年UISG才艺表演
周四，来自8-12年级的28名才华横溢的学生参加了精彩的2024年UISG才艺表演。现场有乐队、舞蹈演员、独舞演员和非凡的回忆。这些学生不仅有天赋，而且显然花了很多时间来培养这些技能。我知道，这在很大程度上也要感谢来自家里的支持。这种家校合作是培养全面发展和成功学生的重要组成部分。
比赛
由广州加拿大国际学校（CISGZ）主办的艺术竞赛，这个充满创意和活力的活动将年轻艺术家聚集在一起，展示他们的才华，并参与一场友好的艺术比赛。艺术之战是一个令人兴奋的机会，让学生表达他们的创造力，在时间压力下工作，并在一个支持性的环境中展示他们的创造技能。
12月有两项科学竞赛即将到来——国际科学竞赛，学生们已经在ECA练习和准备；由11年级学生组织的校内科学竞赛。这些比赛是学生们磨练学术技能和丰富简历的好方法
冬季校服提醒
随着广州天气变冷，学生需要调整校服穿着。上学时需要按上图规定穿校服（UISG 毛衣，外套，长袖衣服等）。
