Invitational Swim Meet

Saturday, 11th October, saw a group of UISG swimmers head down to AISG for their annual Invitational Swim Meet. This is a competitive gala for the Guangzhou schools. School holidays and clashes with other sports competitions meant that we attended with a few regular swimmers missing from the squad, but those who attended did not disappoint.

We competed in a range of relay and individual events, with quite a few heats in each event. Our swimmers were amazing and won many heats and a large number went on to gain top 6 places. There were also some standout performances where our top swimmers even won their events. Mostly importantly they all had fun, with many achieving personal best times in their respective events.

Overall, as a school team, UISG finished in 4th position. This was no disgrace as we were competing with a smaller squad. Below is a summary of the individual and relay achievements.

年度游泳邀请赛

10月11日周六，UISG游泳队前往AISG参加年度游泳邀请赛。这场汇聚广州多所学校的竞技盛会，因学校假期与其他赛事安排，我们部分主力队员未能随行。然而，参赛的队员们不负众望，表现十分出色！

在多项接力与个人项目中，我们的选手经历了多轮激烈角逐。他们发挥惊艳，不仅在许多小组赛中夺冠，更有大量队员成功跻身赛事前六。其中，多位顶尖选手更是在各自项目中拔得头筹。最重要的是，队员们全程享受比赛，多人更是刷新了个人最好成绩！

尽管此次参赛阵容精简，UISG校队仍最终取得了总成绩第四名的佳绩。这份成绩来之不易，我们为之自豪！以下为个人与接力项目获奖详情：
