Application Criteria

• Excellent attendance and punctuality record since enrolling at UISG
•Academic excellence and growth
o Consistency across all subject areas of final grade “5” and above
o MAP growth tests indicate overall growth trends in Language Usage and Reading
• Language capacity: Language A in language 1 and 2, or Language A +
語学力B（可能または堪能なレベル）
• Contributions to service outside the classroom to include:
o One or more season’s consistent involvement in either/both a competing sporting team, performing arts ensemble, including excellent attendance record for training/rehearsal
o Service as Action records fully up to date and all objectives met since enrollment in the MYP
• (optional) recipient of a Learner Profile award at some point during the 2022-23 academic year.
• (optional) leadership role within House system or Student Council

• Two years of prior academic reports, indicating excellent attendance and punctuality
• Academic excellence over the two proceeding years across all subject areas
• Language capacity: Language A in language 1 and 2, or Language A +

1. Evidence of at least two years participation in a sporting and/or musical ensemble
2. Evidence of community spirited involvement in a leadership or role-modelling capacity
• IDAT Concise result no lower than 90%

Two written pieces must accompany each application. One of the essays must be in English. Each paper should be in the range of 250 to 300 words.
エッセイのプロンプト UISG values its commitment to developing balanced, caring, and reflective learners. In one of your essays, write how you have demonstrated one of these attributes. In the other paper, which must be written in another language, choose how you would like to develop one of the other attributes further.

01. UEF特別表彰賞
10,000人民元
UEF特別表彰は、創造的で革新的であり、地域社会の他者を思いやり、環境に責任を持ち、東洋と西洋の両方の価値観を模範とする人物であるなど、UEFの使命を模範とする12年生の生徒に贈られる。UEF特別賞受賞者は、周囲の人々の模範となる。
02. UISG地球市民賞
10,000人民元
グローバル・シチズンシップとは、社会的責任であり、グローバルな市民活動に参加することである。私たちの独自性、共通性、そして地球のスチュワードシップを扱います。
03. 卒業生総代
10,000人民元
卒業生総代は男女各1名ずつ、計2名で、卒業式の式辞を述べます。卒業生総代は、セカンダリー・リーダーシップ・チームが候補者リストを作成した後、セカンダリーの教師が選出します。
04. トップ・スカラー賞
New Award RMB 10,000
This award will be presented to the Year 12 student with the highest predicted score in the IB Diploma Programme. The student must have completed the full DP at UISG. If necessary, Year 9 and 10 academic results will also be considered,e.g., if two or more students are too close to separate when considering only their predicted DP scores.
05. Wolves体育レガシー賞
New Award RMB 10,000
UISG在学中に陸上競技の分野で顕著な業績と貢献を示した卒業生1名に贈られる名誉ある賞。この賞は、複数のスポーツに積極的に参加し、できれば長期間に渡り、陸上競技への揺るぎない献身とコミットメントを示した個人を表彰するものです。この賞の受賞者は、UISGに最低2年間、できれば4年間以上在籍し、本校のスポーツプログラムへの永続的な関与と忠誠心を示していなければならない。
06. ジョン・クラーク東洋美術研究所賞
New Award RMB 10,000
ビジュアル・アートおよびパフォーミング・アーツ（音楽、演劇）の場合
この賞は、UEFの元コンサルタント、ジョン・クラーク博士からの寛大な寄付によって運営されている。UISG在学中、芸術分野において目覚ましい発展、忍耐、献身を見せた卒業生1名に贈られる名誉ある賞。この賞は、芸術の機会を積極的に求め、創作活動への揺るぎない献身とコミットメントを示した個人を表彰するものである。この賞の受賞者は、UISGに2年以上在籍し、4年以上在籍していることが望ましい。
