▪The participation of students from years 6 to 12 is mandatory on Friday and Saturday. It is part of the school’s programme.

Information sessions: there will be information sessions on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 from 4:00pm to 5:00pm. Please note that attendance of students at school during these hours is mandatory. Students will take their buses at 5:00 pm.

In Ms. Lyudmila’s Music class Primary students recently learned everything about families of musical instruments. We focused on their names and the way instruments produce sound, which family they belong and practiced playing some of the music class instruments.

Practicing one of the ATL skills in MYP science… Effective communication skills by organizing and depicting information logically, making inferences and drawing conclusions. Students conducted a web and image search on cell structure and function, then accurately and concisely paraphrased the most important idea that expresses the relationship between the form and the function and wrote those ideas in tables. At the end of the activity, students shared their results with the class and came to a final understanding for each cell structure.

We are playing the original Monopoly game which was called the Landlord’s Game. In the game we are learning about the causes of poverty and different economic and political systems. The game of Monopoly is actually just the first level. The Landlord’s Game has 3 levels. The first level is about commercial free-for-all private gain. The second and third levels present a Win-Win game that demonstrates the potential for communities to regain access to land so that everyone will become more prosperous.

We are practicing writing paragraphs. The topic is about how to fight depression. Students first write sentences answering questions about Who, What, Where, Why, and How. Then they write supporting sentences. Finally, they write a full paragraph.
我们正在练习写段落。题目是——如何对抗抑郁症？同学们先以回答关于谁、什么、在哪里、为什么和怎么样的问题造句，然后，再加以辅助句，由此最终得出一个完整的段落。
