As we close the 2025–2026 academic year, I want to thank each of you for making this year so memorable. I wish you all a strong finish and a restful, well-deserved summer break. Thank you to our parents for your ongoing trust and partnership. And to our students—your energy, curiosity, and Wolf Spirit have truly brought our campus to life every single day.
The occasion? The German Consulate’s annual Summer Concert — a celebration of cultural harmony through music. Among the young musicians invited to perform, one ensemble stood out as a true ambassador of artistry: the Utahloy International School Guangzhou (UISG) String Quartet.
Big things are happening at UISG this summer—and your child’s learning experience is at the heart of every single upgrade. We’re not just refreshing buildings. We’re making purposeful investments in spaces that will energize, inspire, and challenge our students every day. From a reimagined athletics field to a brand-new Learning and Innovation Hub, here’s what’s coming.
We have made it to the final week of a truly successful school year – and what a year it has been! Let us take this last week together to celebrate everything our students have accomplished.
Against the backdrop of deepening educational integration within the Greater Bay Area, Utahloy International School Guangzhou (UISG) officially launched its Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) program in the fall semester of 2026. As a lakeside institution with nearly 30 years of experience in IB education, UISG has strategically introduced the DSE program.
Children’s Day never really ends at UISG! Our school was full of laughs and happy shouts again when our little learners joined another fun event: the Early Years Sports Day 2026. On June 4, all early years students from Nursery (UNC) to K3 gathered at the Multi-Function Hall. They were so excited to play and show the true spirit of teamwork, being kind, and just having fun. Their homeroom teachers, teacher assistants, and of course their parents were all there to support them. Our young cubs were truly amazing!
These are just some of the many thoughts from our Grade 10 cohort as we reflected on the end of our time in MYP and the celebration. The Grade 10 completion ceremony was a great success. The decoration was incredible and shone as bright as all the individuals in Grade 10.
As of June 9, 2026: 46 offers from QS Top 100 universities, 30% in STEM, 26% in Business…, 39 graduates, 88 offers, spanning 10 countries and 60 universities. From Imperial College London to NYU Stern, from HKU to Melbourne, from McGill to Tohoku University – UIS students are heading to every corner of the world. This collective achievement deserves to be celebrated.
The All Star Science Carnival 2026 was a national event held in Shanghai from 1st ~ 4th May, inviting students across China to compete in challenging science competitions and science-based activities. Other than individual exam-like competitions, there were also several team events exploring various scientific areas.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for this week’s Grade 10 – MYP Completion Ceremony. Seeing our students take that important step forward, surrounded by their families and teachers, was a powerful reminder of the growth and community that defines UISG.
