1. Security guard
11 security guards including 1 backup one ready for the new school year. Main gate area protection equipment checked – helmet, stab-proof vest, baton, gloves, shield, pepper spray, etc.
2. Fire System and Fire Equipment
Fire system already checked on the first week of August 2022.
Some power fire extinguishers sent back to the supplier for maintenance, it’s done by August 5,2022.
3. Life-saving equipment
lifeguard equipment, life buoy, surfboard checked. Starting from the new school year, lifeguards will be required to wear school uniform to work.
4. Emergency button
Working well.

Cleaning 清洁
1. A/C and Air filter
All A/Cs had been cleaned before summer break.
All air filters had been cleaned during summer break.
2. Water dispenser
Whole school water dispensers are scheduled to be cleaned by drinking water supplier before school open.
3. Early year toys
All toys of EY had been completely cleaned.
4. Swimming pool
The swimming pool has been in used during the summer break.
Lifeguards clean and disinfect the swimming pool weekly. The quality of the water meets the safety standard.
All non-slip mats had been replaced at the end of March.
5. Campus cleaning
Whole campus deep cleaning has been carried out between Aug 1- Aug 12.
All rooms will be disinfected by disinfectant and UV light before the school open.
6. Pest control
Pest control is carried out once a month. The next one is scheduled on Aug 28.

开学前所有课室都将使用消毒剂和紫外线灯进行消毒。
6. 灭四害
灭四害每月进行一次，下一次定于8月28日。
Green 绿化
Regular handling inside and outside of the campus by Gardening team, eg: fallen mangos and leaves, mud, etc. New plants had been put around new wall area.
园林部团队定期处理校园内外，如：掉下的芒果、落叶、泥土等。新墙区周围已种植新植物。
School bus 校巴
1. School bus license
Totally 6 school buses – 6 bus licenses had been renewed during summer break (aligned with the EB regulation – school bus license needs to be renewed every 6 months)
2. School bus document
6 bus files had been updated and kept by the school bus office and bus company respectively.
3. School bus safety inspection
Bus company and the school bus office will check all school buses on Aug 10, including vehicle safety status, medical supplies, fire-fighting equipment, CCTV monitoring system, etc.
4. Training
School bus operation and safety training for bus driver and bus supervisor is scheduled on Aug 10.
5. Cleaning
School bus company is scheduled to have it cleaned on Aug 10.
6. Others
School bus office purchased 9 uniform for 3 school drivers.

3. 校巴安全检查
车辆运营公司和校车办将于8月10日对所有校车进行检查，包括车辆安全状况、医疗用品、消防设备、闭路电视监控系统等。

校巴司机和跟车的校巴操作和安全培训计划于 8 月 10 日举行。5

车辆运营公司计划在 8 月 10 日对所有车辆进行清洁。
6. 其他
校车办为 3 名校车司机购买了 9 套制服。
车辆运行公司为黄巴校车司机购买制服。

Covid-19 新冠

2. Nucleic Acid Test
48hrs Nucleic Acid Negative test result is required for returning students and teachers to enter the school. According to the requirement of the Education Bureau, weekly NAT in campus will be scheduled and required in the new semester as before.
3. Hand sanitizer
Hand sanitizer in public areas would be replaced before school open.

Summer project 暑期项目
1. School buildings
Divided 2 classrooms into 4.
Formaldehyde test for Secondary library, the monitoring results are qualified.
Secondary reception area round sofa cover replacement.
Paint parts of the wall in common area.
Electric wiring repaired in Primary.
Banner put up for new wall down to the green in residential area.
2. Residential area
Renewed the paint of 1F lobby area.
Installed 16 new fire safety doors from 1F-4F in Dragon House.
3. Canteen
Glued the floor in dining area.
Items added in Gas House – Insulating compound, Explosion-proof fan, High concentration gas alarm, and 220V emergency battery.
2 fire safety doors installed between kitchen and serving area.
4. Others
• 8 squat toilets installed in the Secondary, Primary, and the Phenix House.
• Cooperated with water bureau for drainage issue – pumping equipment purchased.
• Hangers in drying area next to dragon house would be replaced before the school open.
• A drainage ditch between Dragon house and the new wall area next to drying area had been done to store mud for Gardening team’ easy handling rather than flooding the whole drying area.
• To stop mud leaking from the slope of Shimao Construction Road into the school playground, a wall was built at the playground next to the slide.
• Bump was built next to the water suction pump area to cover the water pump for the scooter/car easy crossing (DH red brick area – the way to DH main gate).
• School entrance road (the slope) – engineering team will fix the surface of the road before the school open.
• Speed bumps to be replaced before school open.
• Parts to be replaced in water pump house before school open.
• Wood area of container needs to be repainted before school open.
• Rhone to be digged at the back door of Secondary.
• A door will be installed at the entrance of the stairway in Secondary library (child protection).
• 3 landing gates to be installed to block the way up to the rooftop before school open (child protection).

中学前台接待区圆形沙发套更换。
校内公共区域的墙壁部分刷漆。
小学电线维修。
新围墙区域架起了横幅。
2 住宿区域
重新刷了学生宿舍1楼大堂区域的油漆。
在龙屋的1楼到4楼安装了16个新的防火门。
3 餐厅
用餐区粘地胶。
煤气房增加——绝缘胶、防爆风机、高浓度气体报警器、220V应急电池。
厨房和服务区之间安装了 2 个防火门。
4 其他
• 8个蹲厕安装在中小学和5号宿舍。
• 与水务局合作处理排水问题——购买抽水设备。
• 开学前更换龙之屋旁晒衣区的衣架。
• 龙之屋和晒衣区旁边的新墙区之间做了排水沟，以储存泥浆，方便园艺团队处理，而不是淹没整个干燥区。
• 为防止泥浆从世茂建设路斜坡渗入学校操场，在小学滑梯旁边的操场上建了一堵墙。
• 吸水泵区旁边建有凸台，盖住水泵，方便摩托车/汽车轻松穿越（龙之屋红砖区- 龙之屋正门的路）
• 校门口路（斜坡）——工程队将在开学前修好路面。
• 开学前更换减速带。
• 开学前水泵房需要更换零部件。
• 校内泳池下木板需要在开学前重新粉刷。
• 在中学后门挖排水槽。
• 中学图书馆内楼梯入口处将安装一扇门（儿童保护）。
• 安装 3 个平台门以在开学前阻挡通往屋顶的路（儿童保护）。
