Expert Invited for Korean Application Support
To support our Korean students with their unique application needs, we invited Mr Kim Sungjun, a Korean application expert who gives talks at international schools around Asia about Korean application strategies. He was at UISG between December 18 and 20, giving a well-attended presentation for the whole Korean secondary community about Korean application strategies, 1-1 personalized consultation sessions for our Korean Y12 students and parents, and a useful workshop on how to engage in effective extracurricular activities for our Y11 students. It was a time of great learning for the Korean community, and UISG college counselling plans to invite him every year to support the unique needs of the Korean applications.
Offers are rolling in
Offers from universities are already rolling in, in response to our students’ early applications!From top schools in Hong Kong (HKU, HKUST, CityU, PolyU), business schools in France (ESSEC), to public universities in the US (Rutgers, University of Massachusetts Boston) and art schools (SAIC), our students are starting to reap the fruits of their efforts. Congratulations to those who received offers already! For those who haven’t, fret not – the spring semester will come with their good news.
