Careers, Insights & Encouragements
UISG and UISZ collaborated to host the first ever Utahloy Career Fair on April 25th, 2024.
The fair provided our year 9-11 students an invaluable opportunity to dive deep into the world of careers and hear insights and encouragements from industry leaders.
The fair comprised of three parts: a keynote speech, 3 panel discussions, and a booth walk-around portion.
Dr Xu, a China National distinguished expert and a tenured professor at Tsinghua University, presented an inspiring speech on science and not being afraid to pursue your dreams.
Next, a wide array of industry leaders participated in interactive panels on the topics of: Transition from Study to Work, Women in Industry, and Sucess in the 21st Century.
Finally, students got the chance to hear a short presentation and directly ask questions to industry representatives in 15 booths.

The event was a successful showcasing of collaboration between the two schools, UISG and UISZ.
