Instrument Tuition Programme (ITP) students were provided with a performance opportunity and many took up the challenge, courageously taking to the Admin Hall stage to perform solos, duets and small group items over two lunchtime concerts this past week.
The Tuesday ITP lunchtime concert focused on the violin students of Ms Angie and the piano students of Mr Daniel, with students from Year 1 to Year 7 performing. There were piano solos, piano duets and violin solos, duets and trios, often accompanied by Ms Jessie on the piano. The concert finished with members of the Primary String Orchestra, all students of Ms Angie, performing three pieces.
The Wednesday ITP lunchtime concert showcased a wide variety of performances, as the piano students of Ms Alena, flute students of Mr Li Sun, clarinet students of Ms Yang Li, guitar students of Mr Quentin and drum students of Mr Kison presented 15 items for our dedicated audience of parents. Student performers ranged from Year 2 to Year 11, a wide spread of ages! The Primary Shining Piper Fife group also made an appearance, all students of Mr Li Sun.
