UISG Students Shine in National

“Ode to Hope” Competition

The results of the 9th “Ode to Hope” National Youth Painting and Calligraphy Competition are in, and Utahloy International School Guangzhou (UISG) is proud to celebrate another year of extraordinary student achievements. Fourteen talented young artists from both Primary and Secondary divisions earned top honors in this prestigious national event, showcasing their creativity, technical skill, and unique voices.

Approved by China’s Ministry of Education of China and hosted by the China International Painting and Calligraphy Art Research Association, the “Ode to Hope” competition aims to discover and nurture young artistic talent through the “National Youth Painting and Calligraphy Hope Project.” Known for its authority, professionalism, and public benefit, the competition received nearly 1.6 million submissions this year across categories including calligraphy, Chinese painting, oil painting, children’s art, watercolor, and digital art.

Centered on the theme “Beautiful China, Beautiful Hometown, Beautiful Campus,” the exhibition encouraged students to explore their cultural and environmental roots through art. The submissions were evaluated by a panel of renowned scholars and artists, making the accolades earned by UISG students even more meaningful.

第九届“希望颂”全国书画大赛喜报！

夏意深深待盛事，硕果采摘共此时。第九届“希望颂”全国青少年书画艺术大赛成绩公布，广州誉德莱外籍人员子女学校学子满载而归！

“希望颂”全国青少年书画艺术比赛是由教育部批准，由中国国际书画艺术研究会主办的大型书画赛事。比赛面向全国中小学生，旨在通过“全国青少年书画艺术希望工程”发掘更多具有艺术潜质的青少年，助力成才希望。不仅被列入教育部批准的全国中小学生竞赛活动名单，更因其权威性、专业性、公益性在全国中小学生书画赛事中享有盛誉。

第九届 “希望颂”全国青少年书画艺术大展自2024年12月正式启动，历经半年，征集书法、国画、油画、儿童画、水彩、数字美术等作品近160万件，无论是参与数量、整体规模还是艺术水准，形式内容丰富性，均创历届新高。本届比赛主题为“美丽中国、美丽家乡、美丽校园”，划分中国画、硬笔书法、软笔书法和儿童画四大类别，覆盖全国，流程严谨，规格提升，学者大师，严格评审，聚焦期待。

此次大赛中，广州誉德莱学子表现出卓越的书画水平和艺术修养，共十四位同学斩获殊荣。名单如下：
