We are delighted to share the recent accomplishments of our UISG VEX Robotics Team, which participated in a friendly competition in Macau alongside teams from other international schools in the region.
This week, our Year 2/3 football teams participated in the GISES football exchange. The girls played at BSG, while the boys hosted 11 other teams. Our boys’ A team secured 3rd place, and the B team came 4th in their respective pools.

In Secondary, February 21st was a day dedicated to celebrating International Mother Language Day. Through a range of engaging activities offered during break and lunchtime, students and staff had a chance to embrace our linguistic diversity and the joys of a multicultural community.
Our K2 children went on a sensory adventure at Pizza Marzano, where they were surrounded by different tastes, smells, sounds, and textures. The students’ use of all five senses brought to life the main idea that experiencing different things can help you understand yourself and others better.
The UISG String Quintet (UISG SQ) was invited to represent the school at ‘The Second Annual Intercultural Day: Guangzhou Embraces Diversity in the Year of the Dragon’, a public event held at Wenlifang Square on Ersha Island.
On Thursday three DP Music students took to the Admin Hall stage for the second recital of the academic year. These performances could potentially be part of the students’ final Presenting Music portfolios.
