UISG welcomed back our students yesterday, and once again the campus is a hive of activity. Here’s a snapshot of what’s going on around school…
As UISG celebrates 25 years of world-class IB education, this is the perfect opportunity to explore what makes the school special. We’ll have student-led tours during a normal school day, so you’ll experience the real buzz of campus life.
IFOL will be open to anyone from the Guangzhou community on Saturday 11th March, 2-6pm. More details to follow!

Last week, UISG Year 6 students were given a task, which was to create a maths game that UISG Year 1 students could use, learn from and enjoy. Students worked in groups to develop a range of resources using different materials to produce engaging and exciting games.
UISG Year 8 students advocate for their important issues through a Public Service Announcement (PSA) video.
Year 9 Visual Arts students were introduced to Chinese traditional painting, thanks to some strokes of genius from Mr. Kharismana and Mr. Bano!
The Primary (Y1-6) MT Japanese team has taken the opportunity to do one of the NY celebrations, Kakizome (書き初め), or the first calligraphy of the year, where they write their New Year’s resolution or goals.
UISG are very excited to be able to hold an exhibition of entries this year in the new Yuan Yeung Centre. Exemplary work will be recognized and all work submitted will be on show.
