The After School Activities (ASAs) Fair took place on Thursday, 9th February. The secondary students demonstrated agency and took initiative to offer innovative and interesting after-school activities. Some of the clubs being offered are TSF-UISG BioChemistry club, chess club, digital architecture club, science experiments club, feminism club, dodgeball / football / basketball / volleyball club, live band club, eco-green club, philosophy club, cooking experiments club, physics club, water colour club, MUN club and so much more.
On Wednesday 8th February, UISG was joined by our founder, Mrs Dorothy Cheung, to celebrate members of staff who have served UISG for 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 years!

Last week, UISG Year 6 students were given a task, which was to create a maths game that UISG Year 1 students could use, learn from and enjoy. Students worked in groups to develop a range of resources using different materials to produce engaging and exciting games.

Year 9 Visual Arts students were introduced to Chinese traditional painting, thanks to some strokes of genius from Mr. Kharismana and Mr. Bano!
The Primary (Y1-6) MT Japanese team has taken the opportunity to do one of the NY celebrations, Kakizome (書き初め), or the first calligraphy of the year, where they write their New Year’s resolution or goals.
