In basketball, the U11 Boys Basketball Team hosted the GISES Exchange Tournament, while the girls traveled to CISGZ. Both teams performed admirably and emerged as the top seeds for their respective tournaments.
In our Y4 classroom, we recently wrapped up a unit of inquiry focussed on the central idea that “Successful communities are built on understanding and respect.” To celebrate the students’ learning, we hosted an end-of-unit celebration where families were invited into the classroom.

For our first Y8 design unit, students are learning to design play products which improve quality of life for a chosen target audience. To design successful play products students will be learning the importance of primary research and analysis of existing products.
