Amidst the high summer energy, Utahloy International School Guangzhou (UISG) warmly welcomes its dynamic new faculty for the 2025-2026 academic year! Having traveled far and wide, these passionate educators have officially joined the UISG family. Our thoughtfully designed orientation wasn’t just about learning the campus—it was a vibrant launchpad for embracing UISG’s culture and embarking on a shared journey of educational excellence.

New faces and bright smiles filled UISG’s familiar grounds. At a heartfelt welcome ceremony, each teacher introduced themselves—briefly, genuinely, and ready to begin their UISG story. From this moment, they became more than individual educators; they joined as torchbearers of UISG’s educational vision. Our HOS and leadership team extended the warmest welcome on behalf of our entire community, excited to see them thrive in this land of opportunity.

02. Power Up : Professional Launch

To equip our new teachers with UISG’s unique approach, curriculum, and culture, we held immersive onboarding sessions spanning teaching methodologies, student support systems, tech platforms, and intercultural communication. In workshops, teachers listened intently, engaged in lively discussions, and practiced new skills—showcasing their dedication and readiness. This was more than training; it was a meeting of minds and UISG spirit.

Great education needs great support. New teachers met with our Admissions Team and Administration Team—HR, Finance, IT, and Facilities—to understand school operations and build key relationships. From Day 1, they will feel our strong support network, knowing they are never alone: our Admin team is their steadfast partner in teaching and student growth.
