The class of 2023 completed their IB Diploma Programme in May 2023. The graduation ceremony took place on the 27th of May at the Ritz Carlton, Guangzhou. The UISG community of parents, students and staff were all present to celebrate this big milestone. The celebration was a huge success with the UISG community coming together after a long hiatus due to Covid19.
We celebrated the accomplishments of the graduates and acknowledged the hard work of teachers to complete this journey. With all students going to university this year, we got an opportunity to recognize their efforts and give away key awards to many students.
The formal ceremony saw students being awarded the UISG high school diplomas, the global citizen award, the UEF special recognition award, the CAS awards, the learner profile awards and the informal ceremony had the multi talented year 12 students performing many musical numbers. We also had everyone on the dance floor to celebrate the happiness and joy of graduating high school successfully.
The pomp and show, the glitz and glamour, the awards and performances will always stay in our hearts till its time again to celebrate the next graduating cohort.
