The MFH, transformed overnight from a mere sports hall into a beautiful venue for ceremony and celebration, was a fitting location for this culminating event in the academic life of our Grade 12 students.

Last week, our Grade 5 students showcased the remarkable culmination of their PYP journey through their Exhibition presentations to the UISG Community. Guided by the central idea that taking action can lead to significant change, students embarked on a personal inquiry cycle, researching diverse and meaningful topics—from animal testing and Korean history to global warming and food additives. Their dedication was evident in every presentation.

We celebrated an incredible year of Athletics at our annual Athletics Awards, recognizing the dedication, growth, and spirit of our UISG Wolves.

7s “Antony + Cleopatra” Shakespeare Shorts readers theatre productions “Scripted Drama” unit working on “How do I transform my face, voice, body, and posture using performance skills from both scripted and improvised Drama?” the students having explored the different ways to improve their creative processes through improvisation now learn the structures and practices to help them perform their roles in a scripted Drama play.

Dai Hirose, a Japanese returnee student who joined UISG in Grade 8, has delivered an impressive application outcome for the 2026 admissions cycle, spanning top universities in both the UK and Japan. Four years of a complete IB education have witnessed his journey from budding potential to outstanding achievement.
