Congratulations to our incredible X-Country team for being crowned ACAMIS Champions for the second consecutive year! A special shoutout to our U14 Girls for securing second place, the U14 Boys for third place as a team and individually, and our U19 Girls for their outstanding performance, taking second place as a team and sweeping the top two individual spots.
As we look forward to the upcoming week, we have an exciting lineup of events that promote community involvement and highlight our students’ talents. On Monday, we have the GISES Primary School Golf Tournament, along with the opening of ECAs Season 2 sign-ups and the U9 Swimming competition at CISGZ.

UISG recently hosted the HS Yellow Division Championship of the ACAMIS Volleyball Tournament, bringing together schools from across China and Hong Kong for a thrilling three-day event. The championship took place from October 31 to November 2, 2024, showcasing the athletic talents of students from various institutions including schools from Beijing, Hefei, Shanghai, Nansha, and Hong Kong.
We are excited to announce a collaborative university fair hosted by UISG and UISZ, bringing together esteemed universities from Hong Kong and China. This is a fantastic opportunity for students and parents to explore educational pathways and gain valuable insights into future options.
On Wednesday 6 November, the UISG Performing Arts department hosted the International Schools Music Association of Guangzhou (ISMAG) Piano Competition 2024.

On Friday November 1st UISG parents came to our Early Years assembly to engage in a fun reading and storytelling event, which is a cherished tradition highlighting the importance of linguistic diversity in our IB curriculum.
On Saturday, November 2nd, 2024, the UISG team enthusiastically took part in British Day, organized by the British Chambers of Commerce! This exciting event provided students with an incredible opportunity to dive deep into British culture and history while proudly showcasing all that UISG has to offer.
