UISG hosted a dynamic and engaging CAS Parent Workshop, led by the CAS Coordinator, Ms Lee. Delivered in English, Chinese, and Korean. The session welcomed our multilingual parent community and provided meaningful insights into the CAS (Creativity, Activity, Service) programme within the IB Diploma.
The week culminates in the most important event—honoring our graduates as they cross the stage and step into futures full of promise. This is a moment to recognize their hard work, resilience, and the indelible mark they’ve left on UISG.
As parents, we understand how frustrating it can be when children throw tantrums, talk back, or exhibit challenging behaviors. It’s easy to assume they’re deliberately “acting out.” However, studies have shown that these behaviors often mask unmet emotional needs—not a desire to provoke us. In this workshop, you’ll learn simple yet powerful tools like the “Three Empathic Responses” technique and other interactive strategies.
On May 7, Year 8 students set out on an exciting journey to the top of Baiyun Mountain, marking a key moment in their PHE unit entitled “Health and Fitness: Leisure and Lifesaving.”

On Saturday, April 26, the UISG Wolves swim team had a fantastic day at the annual “Spring Splash” meet at AISG, with 29 swimmers, 3 coaches, and several parents attending.
