On the afternoon of 21st January 2025, as the Year of the Snake drew nearer and nearer, UISG Secondary students gathered together at the MFH to join in a wonderful Chinese New Year celebration, an occasion suffused with an atmosphere of joy and blessings, which provided an audio-visual feast for the teachers and students participating.
For their first design unit, Y9 students will be re-designing a space in UISG for people to develop their IB learner profile traits.
Friday 7 June 2024 marked one week left in the 2023 – 2024 Academic year, it also marked the Year 7 End of school Field Trip. The Class of 2029 celebrated the closing of their first year in the UISG Secondary School by attending the premiere of the new film.

The personal project is a student-driven project that assesses the Year 10 students’ ability to learn independently by applying the ATLs they have been developing throughout the Middle Years Programme (MYP).
Secondary Student Performance & Chinese New Year Art Competition (Feb 2024)
The Secondary School House events fostered a sense of community and healthy competition among students. The House system provided opportunities for students to participate in various events and activities, promoting leadership skills and sportsmanship.
Year 8 explored the Italian genre of Commedia dell’arte through their Art of Comedy unit. First applying their research skills to an investigation of Commedia stock characters, students then formed groups and presented a Commedia scenario to their Year 8 peers.
